Support for you and your loved ones

Accessing information and support at any time, from when you receive your diagnosis, through to your treatment and beyond can be beneficial for both you and your loved ones. It is important to remember you are not alone, and speaking to people who know what you are going through can be extremely helpful.

The following are just a few of the many exceptional cancer agencies that offer a range of support services. Talk to your treatment team about what options might suit you, your life and your type of cancer.

Cancer Research UK is the largest cancer research organisation in the world outside the USA. They fund research on all aspects of cancer from its causes to prevention and treatment.

They are committed to producing high quality information for people affected by cancer. As well as looking at the information on this website you can call the nurse freephone helpline on 0808 800 4040. They are available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Or you can send them a question online.
