In August 2024, Icon Group announced the acquisition of Pharmaxo Group (Pharmaxo), which includes Bath ASU, Pharmaxo Healthcare and Pharmaxo Scientific. Based in Corsham, Wiltshire, Pharmaxo is a leading pharmaceutical specialist manufacturer and clinical homecare provider.
This acquisition marked Icon’s entry into compounding and pharmaceutica in the United Kingdom, reinforcing its commitment to improving healthcare in the region.
